Database administration involves the management of database users and their access rights, logging of sensitive transactions and administration tasks required to ensure database health.

Database Administration menu allows users to: 

  • Register new users, assign them to a user group with specific access rights within the system
  • Register workstations
  • Lock the database 
  • Send messages to users 
  • Monitor user activity
  • Perform global change
  • Re-set/undo certain processes

Administration – User Management

The access rights in the system, are dependent on the usergroup you are a member of.
