Contact Management is the basis of the DM4U system.  It is where all customer and prospect contact details are stored and can be edited.  

The relational database allows data on Names, Companies and Cluster Code to be linked with each other, thus avoiding repetitive occurrence of data.  The system can automatically find and update previously entered Data for a specific person, company, or group. 

The Contact Management menu enables users to: 
Contacts – is where you:

    1. Create new companies
    2. Create new contacts
    3. Add new contacts to existing companies
    4. Process address changes in contact details and names
    5. Search for contacts
    6. Import external contact data files
