The customer and prospect database can be pre clustered by Cluster Codes. Cluster Codes and their features are stored in the Cluster Management file where new codes can be created, and data on existing ones can be edited. The link between the Cluster Management and Contact Management is established through the Cluster Code e.g. representing a product category the prospect is interested in, an association listing the contact belongs to etc.

Cluster Management allows users to:

1. Create new clusters
2. Edit cluster description, and details
3. Search for cluster codes
4. Output
5. To generate label and letter output, call lists etc.
